The Safety Leadership for Supervisors course is designed to equip supervisors, team leaders and line managers with the essential skills and knowledge required to lead and motivate teams, communicate effectively, and drive continuous improvement in workplace health and safety performance.
Supervisors play a critical role in influencing workplace safety culture. This course focuses on developing strong leadership and communication skills to proactively identify, assess and control health and safety risks before incidents occur. Participants learn how to engage teams, encourage safe behaviours, and implement practical strategies that foster a culture of shared responsibility for safety.
The program also explores key WHS legislative requirements, risk management processes, and methods for effectively delivering safety messages within and across organisations. By strengthening safety leadership capabilities, participants become more confident in promoting compliance, improving performance, and creating safer working environments.

Through reflective learning, peer support & practical application, participants will:
