David is an accountant with tertiary qualifications in business and accounting from the Cork Institute of Technology. In Ireland, David worked for a mid-tier accounting firm before immigrating to Australia in 2011.
In Australia David worked as a Finance Projects Officer with the global government services organisation Serco, involved in the financial management of Immigration Detention Centres located in WA.
David joined the WHS Foundation in September 2012 and over time has been involved in all roles and activities of the accounts department. In August 2021 David was appointed to the role of Corporate and Finance Leader overseeing all aspects of the WHSF’s corporate and financial matters.
