Sarah has tertiary qualifications in industrial law and human resources. She started her career in recruitment working in London for a global recruitment firm.

Sarah’s work experience includes roles in human resources, customer services, membership and marketing with Australian organisations including Fielders BlueScope Steel, Thrifty Car Rental and the Institute of Public Accountants.

Sarah joined the WHS Foundation in October 2020 in the customer services team and was appointed Customer Service Leader in August 2021 responsible for all aspects of customer service including reception, bookings, membership, marketing and communications.
